Our house is located on Railway Parade about 4 mins walk to Erskineville Station and about 10 mins walk to Newtown and King Street.More about the house:- Amazing 3 bedroom renovated terrace.- Huge living room upstairs with kitchen/breakfast bar skylights balcony and sunroom.- Room for rent is downstairs along with main kitchen bathroom dining room and office/spare bedroom.- 2 kitchens – Gas cookers with electric fan ovens dishwasher- Fast ADSL broadband internet + WiFi for laptops etc.- Polished floorboards throughout- New front loading washing machine- Widescreen TV Xbox 360 Xbox Nintendo Wii PlayStation2 DVD etc- Small courtyard where we (try to) grow herbs tomatoes etc.Living with graphic design student (24f) and software engineer (30m). We are both a bit geeky and like: Dendy Spaced sci fi $8 steaks baking cakes knitting (OK – just one of us!) video games. We only go out partying about twice a year!The room is good size – large enough for a king size bed desk and wardrobe. It can be furnished with queen bed / mattress if required.We are looking for someone:- Reliable. Conscientious.
