Hi my name is Rachel. Im an easygoing IT professional and have a spare room available in my apartment which is on the (elevated) 2nd level of 3. Massive eat in kitchen with newish wall oven internal laundry and huge living area.Surrounded by trees and gardens and a huge grassy area there are open views to the North East which means plenty of sun and and seabreezes to keep things cool in summer. The room is a massive 3m x 4m and can come with or without a queen size bed and hanging rack. Plenty of room for bed + shelves desk drawers etc. Bus stop at the door (423) or walk to train station 15 mins or drive 5 mins. Rent is $190 and includes ADSL 2 and reasonable power and phone expenses. Plenty of street parking on a quiet side street 2 doors down.When Im not at work I spend a bit of time on the computer go running work on various projects or simply try and lax out.Please no drugs and would prefer non smoker
