Hi Guys! Im Tanya and im looking for someone to occupy one of my rooms in a 3 bedroom house. I run a home-based day care business 4 days a week looking after 4 children so must not have a problem with kids.

I havent provided much details about the house just yet as i am looking to move into a 3 bedroom house and am looking for someone to move out with me first!

I will be paying for 2/3 of the rent as i will be occupying 2 out of the 3 bedrooms in the house that we will be renting. 1 room will be for me and the other small room will be the play area for the home day care.

I am young, easy going and friendly and I am a pleasure to live with

I will be searching for a 3 bedroom house to move out in around the inner west and ryde area.
