Hi were a quiet couple who both work full time (Mon-Fri 9-5) and have a spare bedroom in our apartment to rent out. We think we live in one of the best suburbs in Sydney: Chiswick. Its quiet in a great location and we have the bus and ferry right outside our apartment building (the 504 and 436 bus routes both from Chiswick straight to the city and back regularly). We live next door to a great little pizza shop fish and chip shop and corner store (the pizzas are awesome!).The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need to move in and your room includes a queen bed and built in wardrobes. The bathroom is clean and tidy and the kitchen has all the utensils. Weve cleaned out some cupboards in the kitchen and shelves in the fridge for you and theres also space in our storeroom if you need to store bulky items. We also have an undercover carpark if you need it (we dont use it). The room also comes included with all bills which we pay.Were a clean and tidy couple and dont really have loud parties or music playing. Im in marketing while my fiance is in HR we enjoy weekend road-trips good movies cooking and the outdoors. Ideally we are looking for a quiet person similar to us who is neat and tidy. The apartment would suit a student (the 436 bus runs from our apartment down Parramatta road straight past Uni of Syd and UTS) or worker (I catch the 504 to the city everyday easy ride to work). We dont smoke and would prefer a non-smoker. My fiance has a Vietnamese background and speaks it fluently. Male or female we dont mind.The room is available from 13 January though you can inspect before then if youre interested. Looking forward to meeting our new housemate soon!!
