About the place:A 2 bedroom 2 storey loft apartment thats fully furnished. Less than 10 minute walk to Newtown shops and cafes. Train station is 10 minutes away and the walk to the city bus is less than 5 minutes. Its a modern home in a pleasant apartment complex with a shared courtyard fully furnished lounge/dining area kitchen with oven and microwave washing machine and dryer television and shared bathroom. The bedrooms are quite large and have built-in wardrobes. Note – utilities costs are just shared as they come in (the website made me put in a number though).About me:My names Gary Im 23 moved over to Sydney last year from Perth to work in the script department of a TV show. Laid-back social with a golden sense of humour (according to me anyway). Ive got fairly normal work hours (9-5ish) but may run later some nights. Weekends Ill usually be out and about doing stuff but I sometimes enjoy just chillin too.
