We have the master room and one other bedroom available in our gorgeous terrace in Camperdown- 5 minutes to Newtown station 5 minutes to buses on Salisbury Rd.

The terrace is a wide fronted 2 storey house, with polished floorboards downstairs and carpet upstairs. The available rooms are located upstairs, one is huge- also has generous built ins, all down one wall, the other is a good sized room easily fitting queen size bed, wardrobe etc.

We have 2 bathrooms (one with laundry- washer and dryer), one upstairs, one downstairs.
We have a huge kitchen with near new appliances and a good sized lounge room with couches, coffee table, fireplace and TV.

Outside is a paved area, we also have a garden bed. This outdoor area is perfect for entertaining or just sitting in the sun, we also have a BBQ.

We are looking for a professional with a secure full time job to share our house. We like cleanliness and generally the house is quiet.

Currently we have 1 male and 2 females living in our house.

Looking for someone to move in long term, from mid June, negotiable.
