The room in unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished with an open plan kitchen / breakfast room, a large lounge room, courtyard and laundry.

The house is located a few minutes walk from busses at Parramatta road and a 5 – 10min walk to King St and Newtown station.

You’ll be sharing the house with a couple (27yrs and 25yrs) and a very friendly puppy. We work / study during the day and we’re all easy going (puppy included).

Minimum 6 months
Bond is 3 weeks rent
Available from 22nd April.
