one medium-large sized bedroom for rent homeshare with two other professional males (26 and 29 year olds) who work full time at opposite ends of Sydney. our staffy/Lab puppy Stella also lives with us so were looking for a person who doesnt mind pets. House is partly furnished due to vacating tenants but thats always an easy fix. for all expenses we usually pay $40 with rent but that can be negotiated as can all the cleaning etc. we like to keep the place clean and tidy up after ourselves so we hope you do as well. were very easy to get along with and after a long week at work we enjoy the odd beer down at our local on a friday avo. were sociable so wed like our flatmate to be as well. were respectful of peoples space and possesions so this wil be the easiest place to live! if youre even remotely keen please phone or text would love to tell you more. cheers
