We are Bailey an English girl 35, Cathal an Irish guy 33 (who are a couple) and Dane an Aussie guy 28, looking for another guy or girl approx 28 to 35 to move into our huge three floor, 5 bedroom house with swimming pool and bar (yes a bar) only 5 minutes from Balmain, in a suburb called Chiswick. We are looking for someone long term so not ideal for a backpacker or student. We are easy going, sociable professionals and looking for someone like minded someone who likes a night out at the local pub or to stay in with a movie with a glass of wine or two (more like a bottle or two) .

We are looking for someone who wants to live with us a part of the family and not stay in their room all the time, but also respects privacy etc. We are very clean and tidy and respectful to each other so looking for like minded individual.

House incudes:

A massive open plan kitchen/ dining room and lounge
Utility/ shower room with toilet and laundry facilities
Bar/ Games room downstairs complete with pool table and 5th bedroom
Lock up garage and driveway
Large courtyard garden
Lap swimming pool with decking

Your unfurnished bedroom or part furnished with a bed (No.3 on the floor plan) includes:
Built in cupboards
Electric ceiling fan with remote
Long wall mirror

A bond of $1220 and two weeks rent will need to be paid upfront, and rent paid two weeks in advance ongoing. Bills are an additional $100 a month approx (all bills split 4 ways) including wifi. The fortnightly cleaner is also an extra $30 per fortnight.

Please also note that a family daycare business is run from the home 3 to 4 days per week between 8 a.m and 6 p.m with up to 4/5 children run by Bailey (35 English chick) but you will barely notice we are here
