Hi. I have a room available in a large flat in the heart of Balmain. Its a 20 second walk to all cafes bars supermarket bus stop etc. Im 29 a professional working in the city I work hard in the week and party hard on the weekends Im clean tidy and considerate Im chilled out and easy going I enjoy getting out of the city from time to time. Im looking for a like minded person i.e. outgoing down to earth someone with some get up and go cleanliness and tidyness are an absolute must have. I would like someone who will treat the place like a home not a drop in and would like someone to socialise with too not just someone I bump into once a week. I dont smoke myself but am happy to live with an outdoor smoker.The rent is $225 a week and the only bill on top of that is the electricity which is about $20 a months.Looking forward to hearing from you.
