This is an amazing house. A gorgeous three storey terrace fully renovated but having kept some of the great old features like fire places and the stove. A big back garden which gets loads of sun and a balcony that over looks the harbour bridge. We are really close to the main street in Balmain with shops and pubs and just 5 minutes to the nearest bus stop. Alternatively you can jump on the bus the other way and get the ferry. Whoever moves in will need their own bedroom furniture but we have most other things. The house is in an old coffee shop which still has great frosted coffee shop windows…very cool! Me (Lou) and my friend Mark move i into this great place in Balmain on the 14th of December and are looking for a third person to share with. We both work full time Im a graphic designer and Mark does something with numbers Im not too sure what still! Were both from the UK and have been in Australia for just over a year now and are staying for the long-term. Were both into similar things like going to gigs/festivals music art film travel comedy….all sorts really. Neither of us has a partner so having friends round for meals and bbqs is always good – we generally share meals when were both around at the same time just because its easier. Love going away camping and exploring at the weekend but also have the occasional night out – although (although not so much these days as I cant take the hangover). If youre a lover of english comedy and general sillyness then well all get along great! The house is really very cool loads of character.
