Apartment is in a boutique apartment block in a great location. 3 minute walk to ferry and even closer to the bus stop. There are a few nice cafes only a very short walk away, and East Village Hotel about a 3 minute walk away as well.

I am a 29 year old male working in a professional job, generic 9-5 mon-fri hours. Very active, enjoy playing sport and exercising. Fairly easy going, enjoy a drink with friends at the pub or at home, but like to keep it fairly quiet at home, definitely not a party house. I enjoy watching movies or the latest downloaded HBO series and listening to music. Neat and tidy person and respectful of personal space/property. Like to keep a neat and tidy house, but not over the top with cleaning.
