Single room available in lovely home in Balmain East. available 17th May as current flatmate moving in with partner. This is a large well furnished house with a small courtyard and a balcony upstairs. The room is not huge but has hanging space, drawers, a small desk and chair. We have a large well equipped eat in kitchen and WIFI.
The house is only 5 mins walk to Balmain East Darling Street ferry wharf and 2 minutes walk to the bus stop with regularly services to the city. Ferry is 5-6 mins to Darling harbour and 15-20 mins to Circular Quay, bus is around 20 mins to city. There’s two cafes nearby, a local pub and a restaurant (less than 5 mins walk), lots more if you walk up into the main area of Balmain.
You will be sharing with a professional female, I work pretty hard during the week but like to socialise at the weekend, sometimes at home. I travel domestically a bit for work too so I am away for the odd night here and there.
