I have an empty room that needs filling… Its a two bedroom apartment in the centre of Balmain my current flatmate has decided the join the world of mortgage holders – hence my search for a replacement person vegetable or mineral…The apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom (hence the comment that its empty…) there is only one bathroom – however I am exceptionally tidy and never leave bras hanging from the shower! (also unfortunately no built-ins)Utilities are not included in the price of the rent as it does vary – not usually more than $100 a quarter for power however (I just estimated on the $30 p/m)… I do not have a land line have my own internet connection and if you want Foxtel Im happy to go halves.As mentioned the apartment is located in Balmain – on Darling Street – and is a hop skip and jump from all amenities including bus stops cafes bars wollies etc…I work 9-5 5 days a week… So like to take it easy on week nights but get out and about on weekends – love to try new bars restaurants etc and explore the marvelous city of Sydney… But do also enjoy the odd night in kickin back with a bottle of wine and a good flick…If youre at all interested give me a shout and I can show you through the digs…
