The house is located on Darling Street (no. 140) in Balmain East. It overlooks pyrmont and has stunning views of Darling Harbour. It’s in a sharehouse with three other rooms. The room is spacious (4m x 5m) with an large ensuite (including a spa bath!). At the moment the room is being shared by two of us (not a couple) and there is more than ample space. It’s 600m from the centre of Balmain (with markets every weekend), shopping centre and pubs. This is the perfect opportunity for a couple or small group of tourists wanting to explore sydney for a slightly extended stay. Lovely group of housemates (3 Irish guys in their late 20′s) very calm and inviting. At the moment we’ve got a queen double bunk bed set up so 4 people would fit with ease.
