Just 5 minutes walk from Summer Hill village and train station less than 10 minutes to Ashfield shopping centre. Im happy to consider anyone for the room as long as youre friendly reasonably tidy. I have my own life but Id like to live with someone I can be mates with and am comfortable around. Male or female ideally 20-30 yo but not too stressed as long you are easy going! Im a 26yo guy work full time so Im only home some nights and some weekends when I dont go out! I love my sport and dont mind a drink so a social person is definitely a plus!! The place is 2 bedrooms big living area modern kitchen bathroom and a balcony. The available room easily fits a double bed (as on the photo) + draws or a small desk. Its unfurnished but I have basically everything else. The room faces west so no early morning sun if youre a night owl. Its a good sized apartment so you dont have to live on top of each other if you need your space. AND theres an off street carspace available if needed! The apartment is at the back of a quiet block of 6 its recently renovated and is floorboards/tiles throughout so easy to keep clean. Kitchen has been updated too so you dont have to put up with cooking with a oven older than you are!
