Laundry includes washer and dryer. Short walk to Ashfield train station and shops. 20mins by train to cbd or 20 mins by bus to sydney uni and uts. Friendly flatemate (me!) happy to share the occasional meal. Clean quiet nonsmoking honest and respectful of privacy.
