Hi we have a medium to large room for rent in our 3-bedroom house in Annandale (own room – not room share). The house is on a quiet leafy street very close to Booth Street and Bi-centennial park. Getting to the city takes 10-15 mins by bus buses leave every 20 minutes from the top of our street. Walking distance to Sydney Uni and RPAH (takes about 10 mins dependent on walking speed) close to UTS. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished rent is $203 per week bills not included.Available 8th June
