We have a room available for rent in our gorgeous house which is very conveniently located in Annandale. It is only a short 5 minute walk to Booth St which has many cafes/restaurants as well as dry cleaning IGA and buses going to the city. It is also a 5 minute walk to the light rail which goes to central station.The room itself is quite small but fits a queen sized mattress. There is a mattress currently in the room or you can bring your own. You would also have your own bathroom (though it is not an ensuite). All bills and wireless internet are included.Living in the house is my husband and myself we are in our early 30s and work in the city and Surry Hills. We are not home all that often as we both work and have gym/sporting commitments. We are very friendly and social and love cooking and meeting new people.We are looking for someone equally as easygoing and would prefer short term tenants.I look forward to hearing from you!
