Medium size room available in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is situated in a secure complex, just minutes from Johnston St and Parramatta Road. We’re really close to the post office, petrol stations and local cafes and shops.

The rent is $250 a week which includes all the bills. A four week bond of $1000 is also required.

We’re looking for someone to move in from May 22. Looking for someone who will hopefully stay atleast 3-6 months.

The bedroom available is unfurnished but however features a built in wardrobe. We also have a high speed internet which is included in the rent.

The apartment also has a recently renovated bathroom and kitchen. Looking for someone mature, respectful, tidy and will simply clean up after themselves.
