decent size bedrooms at 3.5 x 3.5m (One has built in wardrobe and one doesn’t). good size lounge-room and kitchen. small courtyard out the back that will have table+chairs and a bbq. I wouldn’t expect anything without an inspection so that’s more than welcome (and expected).
ridiculously good spot right in the middle of cafes/restaurants/supermarket/grog shop and 50m walk to pub on the corner of Johnston st Annandale.
