Flatmate wanted to share a 2 bedroom townhouse in Annandale- close to shops park PT and cafes. House is clean tidy well loved and owner occupied. The bedroom is large and airy with a large built in wardrobe. There is a shared bathroom between the two upstairs rooms with a guest toilet downstairs. The indoor laundry has a dryer however there is an outdoor drying area in the private back courtyard. The living room is large as is the open planned kitchen/dining area. There are two indoor only cats who LOVE people and attention! A bit about me- I am an open honest and friendly 31yearold looking for a friendly honest independent and clean person to share this home. Someone that likes cat is a plus!
