Hello. I am looking for a considerate flatmate to share my house in Annandale. The room is large and has its own air conditioner. The house has all mod cons such as flat screen TV blue ray DVD leather lounges cable internet dishwasher washing machine and dryer. It has a separate study out the back which I dont use – would be ideal for anyone needing to study or who has a hobby that takes up a bit of space. The kitchen is set up with all you could need and I keep the house tidy. My current flatmate goes back overseas – he has been a great flatmate and I wouldnt be looking otherwise. My new flatmate would have to be child-friendly as my three year old son lives with me five nights per week. He is well-behaved and we go out a lot so you would definately get enough you time. The room is available in early to mid December 2009. Current flatmate is able to be flexible on the actual date so that I wont lose a potential flatmate given Xmas is a difficult time to find one.
