A little about us: chantell (me). im currently at uni f/t and work p/t i have a very heavy schedule so i like to get out and have that glass of wine or two!! and that wkend away other than sydney!! shannon (my partner). works fulltime and has a very busy schedule with work. Likes to go to the gym and keep fit and rewind with a game of golf here and there.tristan. currently at uni and working f/t real easy going guy and loves the wkend out and time to relaxxthe pugs. there are two pugs staying with us they belong to myself and my partner shannon. They are very clean dogs and have individual characters very lovable and well maintained and house trained.We are pretty much looking for someone that doesnt mind living with dogs (they are a size of a large cat) someone easy going that like to have a drink here or two join us for dinners or a BBQ as well as be their own person and do their own thing.We are located in Abbotsford (inner west city) we have a direct bus line that takes you to the city and runs every 15mins. we are only a 15min bus ride into the city. There is a ferry wharf 5mins walking distance and takes about 20mins into circular quay. We have a local supermarket bottle shop chemist doctor postoffice within 10mins walking distance As well as local pizzeria thai spanish tappas italian restaurants and french patisserie also within 5mins walking. We have a gym close by as well as the bay run which is a great 7.5k walk/run if you love your fitness!!The rooms: The rooms are a decent size single bedroom the room is furnished with tallboy cupboard double bed and side table or it can be unfurnished. Rent is $200p/w including bills gas water electricity and cable internet. All backpackers are welcome would be a great way for you to meet some real aussies while travelling!! inbox me if your interested!!short/long term stays are also welcome.!! minimum 3months would be preferred.Chantell
