I have 1 room for rent in a very quiet and nice street, 1st floor apartment in large block. only meters to the ferry and busses, 15 mins from the CBD. The room is fully furnished with queen bed and bedside tables also mirrored 6 draw chest all modern.
the apartment is equipped with the latest of almost everything 70″ 3d TV, PS3, Xbox 360 digital 3d surround sound, computer with colour printer and scanner, unlimited wireless internet and more, you’ll have to share the bathroom with me but i’m a very clean and tidy guy and I expect the same
