We are looking for someone to share our relaxing, 4 bedroom home. 1 bedroom available for rent, unfurnished. Situated in a quiet water front street.

To share with 1 male, 1 female and one couple. [4 people in total].

$205 per week + electricity, gas and water bills and FREE INTERNET!

THIS AWESOME HOUSE FEATURES:
20 minutes to the city on bus or ferry, and a stone’s throw to local shops and cafes. There are parks at each end of the street that are both on the water, and our own mini version of the bay run.
We have a cute little court yard out the back, big lounge room and standard size kitchen.

The room available is large enough to easily fit a Queen Sized Bed, Desk, side table with room to spare. It has large built in wardrobes and timber floors. You will share the downstairs bathroom with one female.

Room is available from Sunday 2nd December.
