There are 5 swimming pools a sauna and two tennis courts in the complex. We are conveniently located close to public transport and shops. Keryn and I are currently in the process of building a house however we dont expect it to be finalised for at least 9 months so the room will be available for that time. I have been living in the apartment for close to 6 years and if things work out well with you living there I would be more than happy to recommend you to the land lord to take over the lease if you were interested. We really liked the look of your profile and think that you could fit in quite well. The house if fully furnished however if you have your own bedroom furniture we would be willing to store the furniture that is currently in the bedroom that you would occupy. The rent would be $220pw and + your share of the power and gas bills. There is internet in the house in case you were interested in using that and chipping in for it too.
