Im looking for a house mate to share a house in Winston Hills… must be easy going, hygienic and financially reliable.
I have either a large room with a big built-in (200 per week) or a small room (150 per week)… rooms are not furnished… but perhaps can be.
House is safe and secure with good parking… nice neighbors and neighborhood… its comfortable.
House is close to shops, buses, M2 entry and exit.

You can rent this room for a month then move out or stay on if its your thing… so hopefully we got it right and we’re both compatible as house mates
