The back garden has a large entertaining area with a built in swimming pool.
The room that will be available as from 1st May is furnished with the following:

2 bed side tables
small dining table with two chairs
bar fridge

1.2mtre .5mtre height .4 metre width rattan chest storage. ( for clothes items)
4 drawers for undergarments
8 built in wall shelves for toiletries and other personal items
portable clothes hanging rack
DVD player
There is no TV ( welcome to bring or buy your own)

Room has six large windows with curtains which looks over the whole garden

Must be clean and tidy
Must be willing to assist with keeping the shared common areas clean
$600.00 deposit is required and refunded when you leave the premises

Rent must be paid on time no excuses
If you have an alcohol dependency please dont apply or inquire

This room is for one person only, No stay overs.
Share electricity and water quarterly .
