Hi I have 2 rooms for lease in a modern house in Kellyville (few mins drive from Rouse Hill shops). The rooms both have built ins and a bathroom to share between. The house has 4 rooms the main with an ensuite which is my room 2 lounge rooms rumpus with pool table dinning area gas kitchen landscaped yards double garage and very roomy. I am a 23yr old female working full time long hours and study part time I am easy going and social but also like quiet time.I also have a 11 month old Rottwieller x Husky who is very playful but well behaved she stays outside most of the time. I am looking for 2 females between the ages of 20-30 who are friendly social reliable with rent and clean. The rent is $200 a week with a 4 week bond.
