Hi Im looking for either a couple or 2 singles to move into 2 spare bedrooms I have. The rent is $215 per person and the bond is $800 pp. The townhouse is less than 2 years old neighbours are really friendly the street is quiet plenty of street parking or double secured underground parking. The unit is 3 bedrooms has 2 bathrooms and 1 extra toilet. I have foxtel already set up but the weekly rent covers this so its not an extra expense. The unit is a 10 minute walk from Castle Towers and the bus stop is a 3 minute walk away and you have the option of CBD parramatta or Macqarie Park. There is plenty of storage space with a basement that doesnt get used and a lock up garage that can also be used as storage. I am a very relaxed house mate my room is downstairs so its very separate to the 2 upstairs rooms I frequently have to work away Monday to Friday so the house will be all yours when Im not there. Im really into health and fitness but also very social over the weekend. The room isnt available until 10th Jan but if you have to move in earlier you can use the 3rd bedroom until the 10th Jan. Im not gender specific I would prefer applicants between 25 and 40 years old. I have a small friendly dog.
