I have lived here for 18 + months with my current flatmate and she will be moving closer to the city for work and study purposes. It is fully furnished with modern furniture dishwasher washing machine and dryer ect. Balcony with outdoor entertainment set-up barbecues on premises.Lock up car space/Storage in basement. The bedroom for rent will be empty. You will have own bathroom with spa bath and separate shower however it must be kept clean and tidy as it is the main bathroom. Will only be used by others on a very rare occasion! Inclusions in rent are all cleaning products except laundry washing powder.Bills are paid quarterly and average about $70 each for 3 months.
