My house mate of 3 years has had to move. I now am seeking someone else to share this beautiful 2 storey house with two bedrooms for the price I am asking, both with mirrored wardrobes, for a person working full time.
Rent is $250 per week for the TWO spare bedrooms.
My 22 year old son works full time and is not home on weekends or much at all really, due to time spent with his mates and girlfriend after work. We live in a very handy location. One kilometre from the Ettamogah hotel, two kilometres from Beautiful shopping centre, Rouse Hill Town Centre and The Mean Fiddler Hotel.

Only a few minutes drive from the M2 and M7 motorways as well. Foxtel is connected in the living room and rumpus room to watch whilst you cook if you like. I also fire up the 6 burner bbq quite often. Share all bills divided by 3. But if your not home much you will pay less for the bills. I have German Shepherd dogs which are only outside.
