Hi There my name is Alex and I am looking for a housemate to share a 3 bedroom house with me and my beautiful border collie in Baulkham Hills.The house is 300m walk to the bus stop 10min walk to the local shopping centre and about 2 minutes to get on the M2. The express bus is cheap and gets you into the city in about 35min easy as for someone working in the city. There is a sports field close by for keen sports players or if you want space to exercise.I am a 29 year old and work in a professional job in sport; I am a relaxed and tidy person and enjoy a drink after work and on the weekends. I love sports and spending time at home relaxing when I can. You will need to love dogs and she is very friendly once she gets to know you!The room available is at the back of the house and has built-in wardrobes and a high cupboard above that one for storage. It is a good size (approximately 4x4m) carpeted and has large windows and plenty of light. There is space for a double bed or queen size bed. The house is comfortable for two people to share and has a good size yard. There is only one bathroom so shared bathroom and laundry is the go; there is also a good size kitchen and living area. There is on street parking if you have a car. There is also air conditioning in the kitchen that cools the whole house in about 15 minutes.Rent is $180 a week and is available to inspect if you are interested.
