Im looking for a guy or couple for a room in my apartment in baulkham hills.The building has secure look up parking and a roof top pool. Bus to the city at your doorstep and stockland mall is across the street. Also within easy walking distance to a gym and a huge variety of restaurants. The room has its own access to the balcony and has a mirrored built in closet. You will have almost private access to the main bathroom. The appartment is furnished including a flat screen tv huge suede couch and stainless steel appliances. Probably not good for anyone with allergies as I have a kitten.
