The room is a good size, has large windows with pleasant outlook. Furniture includes bed and mattress, bedroom-linen, built-in wardobes, shelves, bedside table. Remainder of the home is fully furnished and well-equipped with everything needed for comfortable daily life.
We are mature professionals looking for a single person to join our happy, cooperative, peaceful [but not boring ! ] home. Medium-long stay is preferred but we are prepared to consider a short-stay. A couple could be accepted however the quoted rent is for one person. If there is agreement for a 2nd person there will be a small additional cost above the quoted 1-person cost.
