House is completely furnished and the bedroom is huge which is already furnished but if you have your own bedroom furniture it can be moved. The main bathroom would be all to yourself and there is a 3rd room which is used as storage at the moment. It is a lovely unit and the time in which you move in is flexible just looking for the right person who will stay about 12 months. Bond is required which is 6 weeks rent – bond + .2 x weeks rent.
