We have a beautfiul room for rent in Zetland which is just south of Surry Hills.

The room is furnished with a queen sized bed and cupboards. We live about 10 metres from a park and there are 4 other parks within 5 minutes walk…. sooooo a very green place.

There are 3 bedrooms, but only one is available. Currently there are two couples in the place and we are looking for a single or couple to move into the third bedroom.

We are all really friendly and often chat in the lounge room. We also have a lovely kelpie cross which everyone falls in love with when they meet him.

We are looking for $250 for a single and $300 for a couple and all the utilities are included which means internet, power and water.
