My partner and I have a two storey townhouse in Zetland… the property has a great sized back area suitable for bbqs with friends or house parties.We own a beautiful kelpie that loves to play and we both have jobs in the city.The townhouse is across the road from a small and quiet park and 50m from great resturants and convience stores. We have naked broadband with heaps of download at super fast speeds which flatmates get for FREE and we will take care of the other utilities.We are very easy going and would welcome any type of people either party people or quiet business types.We would prefer singles simply because there is only one bathroom…Our place is less than 100m to bus stops which run straight into the city and max 10 min walk to Green Square station which is one stop away from Central Train Station. The place has high ceilings and while the kitchen is small the bathroom is huge having just been renovated.It is a 3 bedroom place and all are double sized at least… and there is only one available.If you are interested please contact us and i would be happy to discuss the place in more detail.oh and we have a treadmill in the house for the exercise types.
