Wanted: a very quiet, clean, aware person for room – space for king bed (currently has queen size in it) and comes with builtin robes and own bathroom (shower and toilet). The apartment is top floor, secure, sunny, has views to the city skyline from the room and the building is about 5 years old.

There are several buses to the City, UNSW (both direct), Bondi Junction and Wolli Creek (but who’d go there!?) at the doorstop and Green Sq station is about 10 minutes walk, there is also the MetroBus to St Leonards. You can walk to the City in about 35-40 minutes.

I own the property, am private but not anti-social … I like my peace and quiet and would expect the same from a flatmate. I want to maintain a quiet space and party animals, visitors and waking to drunken flatmates on the couch is not where I am at.

Mature, quiet student, night worker, flight attendant, week stay/weekend away or part-time ideal and am happy to do stints for those looking for somewhere to stay whilst they find somewhere, I would also be happy to keep a good flatmate on! I own the property, so bills can be included or not. I have a spare car space if required and storage as well. All negotiable.

I am an IT professional in media so appreciate a nerdy creative but not too out there soul.
Have British Shorthair cats (low allergy), chilled ones that like to say hello but generally don’t bug at all. I am gay, non-scene but don’t mind the odd beer out with the boys.
