Great split level apartment with spacious combined lounge/dining/kitchen which lots of afternoon sun. Apartment is fully furnished.There is a large balcony with table and BBQ.The bedroom on offer is the 2nd bedroom its a decent queen size with plenty of room for a bed and some bedside tables and drawers. There is a large builtin wardrobe and a nice view over the quiet internal courtyard. You will have the the large main bathroom all to yourself which is right next to the bedroom.Plenty of transport options with busses stopping just across the road and its a short walk to Green Square Station making it a quick trip to the city or anywhere else.It would be good to find a new flatmate who is sociable and outgoing. Heading out for a few drinks occasionally or the odd homecooked meal.A hand keeping the place neat is essential but a bit of clutter never hurt anyone.
