Hi I’m James, I am 22 years old and have just moved to Sydney.I I work full-time as an engineer in the city and live with Matt who is 24 and also works full-time as a builder on the Northern beaches.
The room we have available is the master bedroom that has an ensuite and access to the balcony.
Light filled, 3 bedroom apartment in Zetland. We are on a quiet street with a park directly across the road that has BBQ facilities. The living area is spacious and open planned and we have a fully equipped kitchen. We have the majority of the furniture but would definitely be open to new things as well.

Within the complex, there is a pool, gym and garden. We also have 2 car spaces and 2 lock up storage areas. There is plenty of parking on the street in front of the apartment but if you would prefer a underground car spot we can work something out.
Zetland is a great location and is very close to the city. We are a 10 minute walk to Green Square station that is on the city circle and airport line. The apartment is a 20 minute walk to the buzzing Surry Hills, Centennial Park, Sydney Cricket Ground and Alexandria and we are surrounded by local pubs and cafes. There are also bus stops that practically run from our front door! It is also extremely convenient for uni students travelling to either Sydney University, UTS or UNSW.
