Hey hey im a clean friendly and neat student who just graduated from the ANU and moved up to Sydney! Im looking for a female housemate who is responsible clean and neat to share my rent on the house! It is a open-concept master bedroom (with partition for privacy) with a double bed and your own walk-in wardrobe. The other room is an enclosed space with a double bed. space is smaller than the master but thats if you prefer privacy!This place is very close to supa centre (about a 5 min walk) at moore park and about 15 mins away from the famous Danks st. The huge audi centre is just right in front of the building and is very quiet at night (although theres construction going on in the day).Currently under renovation but you can have a view at the space before renovation! Should be ready end of the month! I hail from canberra so i can open up the place for inspection on weekends.Guaranteed youll love it! I hope you will treat this house like your home too! P.S: Im a huge dog lover but just dont have the time to take care of one.
