I have a decent sized bedroom available for rent, furnished or unfurnished with queen bed and builtin robe.

Relaxing two bedroom apartment including attic storage, modern cons, open lounge/kitchen with small courtyard.
Sunny morning ocean views from kitchen, Foxtel with great entertainment unit and wireless internet access.

Socialable, clean, respectful, down to earth female to share apartment with a male. Would prefer long term as I am not a fan of spending my weekends looking for flatmates..

I work mostly typical 9 – 5 hours in the city. In summer I am at the beach as much as possible or out with friends.

$280 per week plus bills foxtel, internet and electricity/gas

10 minute walk to the Bondi Junction one way, beautiful Eastern Suburbs beaches just down the hill. Centennial and Queens Park a short walk and Charing Cross village just around the corner. Close to many transport routes.
