the apartment is in Waterloo besides city of Toyota,it is a 24 hr security Meriton apartment. the apartment is quite new! there are free swimming pool and gym!!!my apartment is Split- level apartment which is quite separate. the room are fully furnished facing to the south which is bright with sunshine. you will also have your own balcony.

there are coles and many asian supermarkets downstairs and restaurants cafe are around. closed to city,USYD,UNSW, usually take abt 10 min by bus.

level 1: master room: i am living with my boyfriend. we both graduated from UNSW, and currently working in the big company. we are 25 years old

level 2: 2 single rooms,1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. my younger sister is living in anther single room. she is 14 years old doing year 8. she is very nice girl, we looking for a female to live in the same level with her.

we are friendly and do not like disturb others. you will have your privacy very well.

$260 per week for 1 ppl including all bills(electricity,gas,internet).
