Hi Im looking for a fun and easy going person to share my place in Waterloo. Someone social clean and active but most importantly someone I get along well with.I have a large sunny room in a new split level to floor apartment in a large sunny complex. The spare room is on the lower level with a private bathroom and large built ins so there is loads of space and pricacy too.The apartment is furnished but I have kept if pretty minimal so there is plenty of room to bring more furniture in. Realistically the oly thing you need is a bed but more personality in a home is always better.About me. Im a pretty easy going fun type of person. I keep myself very active so you wont find me wasting my nights watching crap tv shows I dont even like. I much prefer to spend my evenings either with dinner and a glass of wine out on the roof or out and about.I work as a culinary scientist and also in the wine industry and food and wine are a passion of mine so I do spend a bit of time in the kitchen and entertaining. Though having early starts does tend to quash mid-week shinanigans.So if youre a like minded sort of a person and my place sounds appealing to you then get in contact and well have a chat.
