I have a modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom split level apartment in a quite apartment complex with a leafy outlook close to the CBD. The bedrooms are carpeted with the lounge and kitchen having polished concrete floors. The apartment is fully equipped with all kitchen and living room furniture/appliances. I have a 2 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier so you will need to be dog friendly however she never barks and is a loving addition to my home. 2 minute walk to bus stop for buses to CBD and a five minute walk to cafes and supermarket. A secure car park is negotiable.I am looking for a friendly and considerate person who enjoys relaxing when at home but isnt opposed to sitting down and having a chat or having the odd dinner/drink together every now and then. I am a social and active person and I would like to find someone similar to share my home with. As I have a dog you will need to be dog friendly. I am looking for someone that doesnt mind pitching in with the general cleaning of the home (however I am not a clean freak).
