Hi there! I am a PhD student at Sydney university, looking for someone to stay in our two bedroom apartment while I am overseas, from 11 July to 21 August (6 weeks). You will have a furnished, tidy double bedroom all for yourself, incl. a walk-in wardrobe and ensuit bathroom.
The rent includes all amenities (wireless internet, electricity, use of washing machine, etc). The apartment is a 5 minute walk to Redfern station, 20 minutes to Sydney university. Ideally located with plently of shops, restaurants,… in the area.
It is a nice, cosy place to call home, and you will be sharing the apartment with my lovely flatmate, a female anthropologist.
We would welcome someone friendly and considerate.
Rent is $320 per week, all included, and a bond of $640 is required which will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
