A 4 bedroom house with 2 beds in a room available for rent. Rent is $135 per week including all bills and internet. Its a fuly furnished room with a nice view. A huge Woolworths shopping centre just 5 min walk. Buses to city and UNSW just minutes walk (or you can walk there in around 10 min either way). The house has wireless internet dishwasher tv washing machine dryer and everything else you can think of. We are looking for someone who is fun sociable quite clean and easygoing. The atmosphere is very friendly; we all hang out together on weekends and sometimes have barbecues and dinners on week days. There are currently 2 boys and 2 girls in the house.
