I am looking for a new room mate to move into an apartment located in the lovely neighbourhood of Surry Hills on May 21 2013. Conveniently located, near Central station, CBD, cafes and restaurants. An abundance of coffee shops on our street!

The weekly rent is $360.00 excluding bills and this includes your own room, a double-sized bed, your own bathroom, and wardrobe with mirrors. The bond is $920.00 and this will be returned to you at the end of your lease.

The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen has gas stove tops.

About me:

My name is Ana, I’m 27 years old finished my second year of med school but took the year off to work. I am also a freelance photographer.

On weekends, I usually work on Saturdays, otherwise out with my friends, or studying.

I am not a party animal, neither am I boring. Most of my socialising occurs outside of home. However, I do enjoy having occasional dinner parties as I love to cook. I also enjoy having some quiet time at home. What else? Watching movies and going to gigs are a few things I enjoy. Friends would also describe me as a big foodie as I love trying new cafes and restaurants!

I am a very friendly and sociable person, just less sociable during exam time .).

What I am looking for:
I prefer living with a girl. Absolutely no smokers please. Just looking for an easy-going and mature person. I am looking for someone who is neat, tidy (doesn’t have to be OC about it but is happy to share the house chores), and considerate. A sociable person, who likes to have fun, and have a laugh at the end of the day.
